Product: Sunbeam ‘Regency’ and ‘Heritage’ by Sunbeam Electric Blankets
As a precaution, Sunbeam Corporation is conducting a recall in relation to Regency electric blankets sold in Retravision stores and Heritage electric blankets sold in Myer stores between 2010 and 2012.
The model number of the affected products is identified on the care label sewn on to the blanket:
Regency model numbers: BA412R, BA412R, BA442R and BA445R
Heritage model numbers: BA412C, BA415C, BA442C and BA445C
Affected products can also be identified by the part number BL0215, moulded on the back of the detachable controller as shown below.
No other Sunbeam electric blankets are affected by this recall.
Customers are advised to cease using the product.
